Business model – book cheap flights

February 5th, 2010  |  Published in Travel

The low cost airlines offer flights to the passengers at fancy low prices. It is common for the airline companies to advertise that the no fills flight service is free for the passengers. But the passengers need to consider the hidden costs like taxes levied, the other fees payable and also the other charges payable. So there is no free flight as advertised by most of the airline companies. It is generally observed that at least ten percent of the total seats available in a flight are offered at the lowest price by the airline companies and they are usually sold on first come first basis to the passengers. The prices then tend to rise thereafter and the last come last served passengers are usually charged theĀ  highest. It is usually theĀ  travel operators who help the passengers to book cheap flights and Cheap International Flights and for those passengers who wants to travel by bus to their destination the travel companies also help to Book Bus tickets for them. The business model of the the airline companies which offer the low cost flights to the general public has been changing in recent times with some of the airlines providing some additional services also.
